                                          "Kochur Loti Chochori" is an old traditional recipe of Bengal. Bengali people have this amazing dish at launch with steam rice. I learn this recipe from my grandmother.  Today I am going to share this recipe with you all. Let's see how to cook "Kochur Loti Chochori". Preparation time 15 minutes. cooking time 10 minutes It's a pure Bengali cuisine. Lunch item. For 4 peoples. INGREDIENTS Mustard oil.  kochur Loti (Arum lobe). (500gms) Kalojeera / Black onion seed. 1 large onion. Poppyseed. White mustard seed. Salt. sugar. Turmeric powder. Dry red chili. 1 tablespoon of green chili paste. PREPARATION Cut the Kochur Loti / Arum lobe into 1-inch pieces.  Then finely chop the onion. Coat the arum lobe with a little salt and turmeric powder.                                "Janmashtami" is the great festival of India. We Indians celebrate Lord Krishna's birthday during this day and make "Special Janmashtami Vogh" . We all give different types of food in front of Krishna God's statue. There are various types of sweet items we present for him.
