Masoor dal Dhoka curry

               'Dhoka curry ' is a type of dish which you can cook for vegetarian peoples also non-vegetarian peoples. It is an easy but delicious cooking recipe. This recipe's origin is from the eastern state of India, 'West Bengal'. We can have this food with Rice, Roti or pulao. Let's start cooking.
[FOR 4 PEOPLES]

INGREDIENTS
  1. 3 cups mustard oil
  2. Soaked masoor dal (2 cups)
  3. 1 sliced onion
  4. 3 piece garlic
  5. 1/2 inch ginger
  6. Green chili
  7. 3 Tomatoes
  8. 1 tablespoon cumin
  9. 2 bay leaves
  10. 1/2 tablespoon hing
  11. 2 eggs
  12. Salt, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.
PREPARATION TIME
 
     'Dhoka curry' is an amazing dish and it takes half an hour to be cooked.

RECIPE

    STEP-1
              Take a mixture grinder jug to add the soaked masoor dal, onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Now add salt and a pinch of turmeric powder in it. Make a thick paste.

    STEP-2 
              Now add the two eggs and again grind the paste. then add a pinch of Hing to it and remix with a spoon. 

   STEP-3
             Shift the mixture into a big plate and plane that mixture with your hand and make square shape pieces by using a knife.

   STEP-4
              Deep fry those pieces and keep it separate

   STEP-5
            Take a saucepan to add 4 tablespoons of oil when the oil became hot add 1 tablespoon of cumin and 2 bay leaves. Now add chopped tomato stir fry it then add salt and turmeric powder. When the tomato is tender and the oil is realizing add the Dhoka pieces and cook them properly. In between add little water. when the gravy became thick add more water and cover it give a boil when the curry is thick enough add 1/2 spoon of Garam masala powder then turn off the flame.
