Ingredients
- Medium size prawn ( 300gms )
- Desiccated coconut powder ( 200 gms )
- 1 tablespoon of white mustard seed.
- 2 tablespoons of a poppy seed.
- 3 green chilies.
- Salt
- Turmeric powder.
- 3 tablespoons of mustard oil.
Let's start the Preparation
- At first, Make a fine paste of white mustard seed and poppy seed.
- Next, make a smooth paste of desiccated coconut powder and 3 green chilies.
- Marinate the prawn with a pinch of salt and turmeric powder.
Let's cook
- Take a saucepan to add 2 tablespoons of mustard oil when the oil is hot enough, fry all the prawn till it became orangeish in color.
- Then add the two smooth paste and mix them with the prawn.
- After 2 to 3 minutes of a continuous stir, add 1/2 cup of water. mix well and cover it till the gravy became thick.
- Uncover the saucepan and spread 1 tablespoon of mustard oil top of the curry.
