Prawn Masala Curry
Prawn is mainly water insects but the whole world has it like a fish. Especially those people who live near the sea or Waterland. There are various types of Prawn dishes throughout the world but today I will share with you all an authentic Indian recipe, called "Prawn Masala Curry". This is a very thick gravy recipe with lots of spices. Let's see how to cook "Prawn Masala Curry".

INGREDIENTS WE NEED
- 400 gms of prawn.
- 2 medium-size onion.
- 1 large tomato.
- Coriander leaves.
- 2 green chili.
- Coriander powder.
- Salt.
- Sugar.
- Garam Masala Powder.
- 1/2 cup of mustard oil.
PREPARATION
- At first, take the onions and finely chopped them.
- Then take the tomato and finely chopped it too.
- Then chopped the coriander leaves.
- Now marinate the fresh Prawn with some salt and turmeric powder and leave for 10 minutes.
- Take a Saucepan to add 3 tablespoons of mustard oil then fry the prawns.
COOKING METHOD
- At first, take a shallow saucepan to add 5 tablespoons of mustard oil. and wait for 1 minute for the oil to become hot.
- Then add the chopped onion and saute them for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Once the onion is golden in color, then add the chopped tomatoes. Cook them for 4 to 5 minutes till the tomatoes are tender.
- Then add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and salt as per your taste.
- mix them well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Then add the chopped green chili and 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder and 1 tablespoon of jeera powder.
- Add a splash of water and Cook all the masala very well. when you see the oil is separating from the gravy, add the fried Prawn into it.
- Mix them well and after 3 minutes of cooking add 1/2 cup of water.
- Wait for a boil then add the chopped coriander and 1/2 tablespoon of Garam masala powder. stir them and wait for the gravy became thick. turn the flame off.
Enjoy the "Prawn Masala Curry" with steam rice.😋
