Spicy Aloo Tikki recipe

                                   Today I came with another yummy recipe Called "Spicy Aloo Tikki". This recipe is soo easy to make but Taste is amazing. This is actually a starter. We can have it as our evening snacks also. Now let's check How to make "Spicy Aloo Tikki".

  • Preparation time 15 minutes.
  • Cooking Time 10 minutes.
  • For 4 peoples.

                                                
                             INGREDIENTS WE NEED FOR COOKING                                                                                               
                                                             1. 6 Potatoes.
                                                             2. 2 small onion (chopped)
                                                             3. 1 medium tomato (chopped)
                                                             4. Cumin powder.
                                                             5. Black paper powder.
                                                             6. Chat masala.
                                                             7. Salt.
                                                             8. Turmeric powder.
                                                             9. 2 tablespoons of cornflour
                                                             10. oil to fry.

                  
  PREPARATION    
  1.   Boil all the Potatoes. Then take a big bowl and mash the potatoes in it.
  2. Now add chopped onions and tomatoes.
  3. Then add 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 tablespoon of black paper powder, 1/2 tablespoon of chat masala, and 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder. Now add salt to taste.
  4. Mix them all with your hand and then add 2 tablespoons of cornflour. again mix them.
  5. At last, make small balls with the mashed potato, And with your hand give them a Tikki shape. (picture below).
COOKING METHOD
  1.  Take a frying pan to add 2 tablespoons of white oil when the oil is hot enough, place the Tikki in the frying pan.
  2. let them cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  3. After 5 minutes flip the side and fry the other side for another 5 minutes.
And then "Spicy Aloo Tikki" is ready to serve.
