Ingredients for cooking
- Basmati Rice (500 gms.)
- Chopped Carrot.
- Chopped beans.
- Chopped bell pepper.
- Chopped spring onion.
- Chopped boneless chicken.
- Salt.
- Black paper powder.
- Butter. ( 3 Tablespoons )
- White oil ( 2 tablespoons)
Let's prepare
At first, soak the rice into the water for at least 2 hours.
Then boil the rice into hot water. Once the rice is almost 80 % cooked Drain the hot water and cool down the rice.
Cooking method
- Take a big shallow saucepan to add white oil and after that butter.
- Once the butter is melted add chicken. Fry them till it became golden brown.
- Now add carrot, beans,, and bell paper one by one Stir fry them along with the chicken.
- Add salt to your taste.
- Then add the half-cooked rice and fry the rice along with the vegetables. add black paper in this stage. Mix them well and turn the gas off.
- Now garnish with chopped spring onion.
