Dhania chicken or coriender chicken

                                      Chicken is a very high protein food but we always don't like the same taste of it. Our hungry tummy always triggers our tongue to get something differently delicious. that's why today I will share with you all a gravy chicken recipe called " Dhania chicken" or "Coriander chicken".

                   This recipe is based on mainly coriander leaves. Now let's check how to cook " Dhania Chicken" or "Coriander chicken".

  • marination time 1 hour.
  • Cooking time 30 minutes.
  • For 3 people.
Ingredients
  1. Chicken ( 650 gms)
  2. Coriander leaves. (200 gms)
  3. garlic ( 8 pieces)
  4. ginger (1 inch)
  5. Green chilies. ( 3 to 4)
  6. Cinamon stick. ( 1/2 inch)
  7. Green cardamom ( 3 to 4)
  8. whole cumin seeds. ( 1 tablespoon)
  9. Butter. ( 3 tablespoons)
  10. Salt.
  11. Curd ( 25 gms)
  12. Soya sauce. ( 1/2 tablespoon)
Marination
  1.  Make a smooth paste of the ingredients like Coriander leaves, garlic, ginger, green chilies. cumin seeds, salt, cardamom, and cinnamon.
  2. Don't add any water.
  3. Now take boul to add the curd and soya sauce and mix them to make a creamy batter. keep it aside for later use.
  4. Take another boul to add the chicken and the green paste mix them well. coat the chicken very nicely and cover the boul. keep the boul at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Cooking Method
  1. Take a saucepan to add 3 tablespoons of butter. let the butter melted.
  2. Meanwhile, take the chicken pieces one by one and dip it into the curd batter.
  3. Then place the chicken pieces into the saucepan. Fry them on both sides.
  4. When you can see the burn marks on the chicken, then take out them from the pan.
  5. Now add the remaining marination stock and batter into the same pan add salt to taste. wait for a boil.
  6. Then add the fried chicken and cook them for at least 10 minutes. you can add water if you need it.
