What do you eat daily for breakfast lunch and dinner?

                                Hello people, Today I am going to share with you a full day food plan which you should take every day to stay healthy, fit, and energetic. Nowadays we are very busy at work so, we have to be fit and energetic. But from teenagers to old people, everybody has a tendency to eat outside foods.  

I know the foods are very tasty and delicious but too much consumption is harm full for your stomach and metabolism. Today I am going to tell those foods names which can make you fit and fine. Let's see what do you eat daily for breakfast lunch and dinner.

At Breakfast    

  1. Brown Bread (3 to 4 pieces.)
  2. 2 Eggs ( Boiled / Crumbled )
  3. Tea or coffee. ( without milk )
  4. 1 glass of Fruit juice. ( Whichever fruit you like)
At lunch 
  1. Roti (2 to 3 pieces) /rice. ( 1 boul)
  2. Dal. ( 1/2 boul)
  3. Mix vegetable curry ( 1 boul)
  4. Fish ( 1 piece) / Chicken. ( 2 to 3 pieces) 
  5. Salad (cucumber/onion)
Evening Snack
  1. Just have your Tea /coffee ( without milk)
  2. Dry fruits / any seasonal fruit.
Dinner
  1. Roti ( 2 pieces)
  2. Mix vegetable ( 1 boul)
                           Remember along with these foods you have to drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily.
