Salmon Fish Curry

           Today we are going to talk about the very common fish from western culture, " Salmon ".

This fish is very delicate and easy to cook. It contains high protein and it takes a very short time to be prepared. Today I will share with you all the recipe for "Salmon Fish Curry". So, let's see How to cook "Salmon Fish Curry" in your kitchen. 

  • Main course dish.
  • For 4 peoples.
  • Cooking time 20 minutes.
Ingredients
  1. Salmon fish pieces. ( 4 pieces)
  2. mustard oil ( 5 tablespoons)
  3. Onion paste. ( 3 tablespoons)
  4. Garlic paste ( 1 tablespoon.)
  5. Tomato puree ( 2 tomatoes)
  6. Turmeric powder.
  7. Salt.
  8. Red chili powder.
  9. Garam masala powder.
Let's Cook
  1. Take a saucepan to add 3 tablespoons of oil. once the oil is hot enough fry the fish pieces. Don't overcook them.
  2. Remove them from the saucepan and add left 2 tablespoons of oil into the same saucepan.
  3. Now add the garlic paste and saute them.
  4. Once it is done, add the onion paste and stir them till it became golden brown.
  5. Then add tomato puree. Mix them with onion and saute for 2 minutes. 
  6. In this stage add 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, and salt according to your taste.
  7. Mix them all well and add 1/2 cup of water to make a gravy. Cover the pan for 5 minutes.
  8. After the time add the fried fish pieces into the gravy coat them with gravy nicely.
  9. Add 1/2 tablespoon of Garam masala powder mix it with fish add 1/2 cup of water and cook for the last 5 minutes.
  10. When the gravy is dry enough turn the flame off.
